Issue Summary: Newport datafile processed successfully, but new missing some data
Description:
Datafile Flynn HISJX Newport HBIS Upload Actual 2021-12.csv loaded successfully with 1,176 rows, which matches the datafile, but when I check in the excel output there are only 216 ATransIDs. Some of this appears to be values that just aren’t showing up, even though accounts are already in account table. There may also be some new accounts that didn’t get added. Please reprocess to ensure all values are showing up and all new accounts are added to account table.
