Issue Summary: Newport duplicate accounts being repeatedly generated and mapped to old department
Description:
Two accounts 509 and 509.000 (Local Cost) are both supposed to be mapped to NHGHB685 – Info and Tech, but duplicate accounts exist (and are created every time I remap or delete them) that are in Department NHGHB512 – Telecommunications. This is the same thing that is happening with some of the other operators/connectors. See Account ID’s 369806, 370176, 363979, and 370177.
