Issue Summary: Davidson Duplicate accounts being generated
Description:

This looks like the same issue that’s happening with some of the other connectors/operators with a new account being generated repeatedly because the existing account is in a different department. There are a couple examples of this happening for a couple Davidson hotels:

Account: 425190001
Operating Unit: 592

There is one account already mapped to Department: DSHB2602 – F&B Admin (Davidson) (ID 370310) while the other account (ID 373586) currently isn’t mapped to anything. I keep mapping the second, newly generated account, and it gets deleted, then a new, unmapped one gets created.
