Issue Summary: Reprocess Hersha AC KC/Hyatt Place Datafiles so ZZ9999000 – FF&E account is populated
Description:

I realized that there was no ZZ9999000 – FF&E Reserve Expense account in the account table for the two newer Hersha hotels so the automation to populate those accounts obviously wasn’t working. I’ve now added that account for both hotels, so the datafiles below can be reprocessed to ensure the ZZ account is populating (4% of the sum of all revenue accounts) same as for the Hilton Daytona.
