Issue Summary: Missing accounts/values showing up, but only partially
Description:
I think this is related to or an extension of the issue in ticket CAS-386438-M1Q8T2. The accounts that were missing are now showing up for the most part, but some of them are missing a couple months; as in they have data in 1 or 2 months, when they should have data in all 12 months. See attached as examples.
