Issue Summary: Datafiles processed successfully, but data not showing up
Description:

The below datafiles all say processed successfully in the file process log, but the data isn’t showing up in the outputs. Some of the relevant operating units are the same ones for which I submitted new accounts in ticket CAS-386448-R3W4H1. Those have all been mapped, so should be able to process.
