Issue Summary: Specific Newport Account not populating
Description:
Account 390 – Contract Services at Operating Unit – HIS Jackson [NHG] (HISJX) is assigned to department NHGHB300 – Rooms (NHG) in the account table and I see there is data for for that account in the 2022-03 datafile, but that data isn’t showing up in the outputs. Can that specific record be checked and reprocessed. Relevant datafile would be Flynn HISJX Newport HBIS Upload Actual 2022-03.csv
