Issue Summary: Setup FTPS for new connector – Rosewood

Please send instructions to Joseph Pierluissi; jpierluissi@pvlcloud.com to setup an FTPS for this new connector. I’ve already added the operating unit to the table and assigned departments. I did not add any new file name to the file formats log. All information to load the data is in the file (nothing is needed from the file name), below are the instructions
