Issue Summary: Starwood Highgate HBIS Upload Actual 2022-05.csv Datafile loaded successfully, but missing new accounts
Description:

The HBIS Standard file for Highgate was loaded with 43884 records, which is the same as the datafile, but only 39513 records are showing up in the excel output. I cross referenced and found many new accounts that didn’t get added to the account table. I think a lot of these are Accounts that exist in the table, but just not for the specific operating unit. All accounts in the account table for Highgate are now validated and set to 9 so hopefully there are no issues with the system adding new accounts. If it can’t identify them or where to put them, they can be put to Dept HGHBEXCL – Excluded and Common Account – New – Unassigned.

Please do this after the Marriott, Hyatt, and Four Seasons data refresh is complete (CAS-386785-H3Y2Z8)
