Issue Summary: Texas Western HBIS Standard file loaded, but some records missing
Description:
Datafile Flynn Texas Western HBIS Upload Actual 2022-05.csv loaded successfully, but some records/values aren’t showing up in the outputs. The process log shows 17,658 records, but the datafile has 17,665 so it could be that not all the records were processed. Otherwise, the specific records that appear to be missing are for accounts 220458000 – Processional Fees and 90052000 – Flynn Recovery Fees; The accounts are in the account table. Operating Units 557,560, and 562. Please reprocess so all records are showing
