Issue Summary: Confirm Sunstone Users/Roles can see Confidante Operating Unit all data
Description:
The Confidante is a newly added hotel which I’ve assigned to the Sunstone role, but the Sunstone users said they aren’t able to see all the data. The 2022-5 version data isn’t loading properly apparently for them.
