Issue Summary: Adjust predefined hierarchy in account dimension
Description:
Please adjust the predefined hierarchy in the account dimension called USALI Hierarchy based on the instruction in the excel. There are two parts to it, first adjust members and rename, second add a custom/calculated member. Let me know if there are any questions or issues with this.
