Issue Summary: Review and process files
Description:
I added several files to the portal to be reviewed and processed. I inserted “Review” in the file name to stop the automated processing. Some of the datafiles, like the Highgate file, will require new accounts to be created in the table. If processing needs to be halted when those are added, so I can map them, that’s fine, just email me and I’ll do the mapping, then processing can be restarted again.
