Issue Summary: Confirm file deletion
Description:
I submitted another request to delete datafile Flynn LBA Adjustment HBIS Upload Actual 2021-12. I made this request a few days ago and thought the file was deleted, so I loaded the correct version, but now I’m seeing what looks like duplicate values. See ticket CAS-387080-P1W5F3 where I asked to identify two ATransIDs that look duplicative and I though one of these files was deleted.
