Issue Summary: Duplicate data with no version period for specific operating unit
Description:

I noticed some data showing up with no version period for a specific operating unit that appears to be duplicative. I’ve pulled it up in the attached pivot table, can you tell me where it is coming from? Is it a duplicate or erroneous datafile? The data in Version Period 2021-12 and 2020-12 is correct, it’s just the extra data with no version period I’m wondering about.
