Issue Summary: Two Gencom Four Seasons datafiles processed, but missing some accounts/records
Description:
Datafile Gencom COS Four Seasons STATS Actual 2020-12.csv shows 696 records in the file process log, but only 690 when I look in excel.
Datafile Gencom COS Four Seasons PL Actual 2020-12.csv shows 2513 records in the file process log, but only 2499 when I look in excel.
