Issue Summary: HISJX Newport record missing after duplicate account 86’d
Description:
For Operating Unit HISJX and HISJX-Apple, there was a duplicate account in the account table that I’d missed earlier. Account 757 had duplicates in two different departments. I set dept verify for the incorrect accounts to 86 and they were deleted, but now the records from the most recent datafile (Flynn HISJX Newport HBIS Upload Actual 2022-07.csv) isn’t showing up under the correct account. Account 757 is in the account table, assigned to NHGHB750 – Ops and Maintenance (NHG), please reprocess to ensure the records show up correctly there.
