Issue Summary: Add LY Var for each Benchmark measure in the STR KPIs folder
Description:
LY measures should have the same name as the subject measures with LY Var at the end.
Put all LY Var measures in their own folders within the STR KPIs folder called LY Var and the existing measures in their old folder just called Measures. Folder structure should be

–> Index
–> Property
-> LY Var
–> Comp Set
–> Index
–> Property
