Issue Summary: Rosewood Connector Admin notification
Description:

I see the latest Rosewood datafile was processed, RWTKP-082022.TXT, but I didn’t receive an email notification with the copy of the datafile. I did receive one for the 2022-7 file, but not the 2022-8 file that the file process log says was loaded 9/9/2022. Can someone ensure that process is active and correct so I receive those files.
