Issue Summary: Flynn HBIS Standard files not processing/showing up
Description:
I added eight Flynn HBIS standard files to the portal yesterday and the HBIS standard connector has processed since, but the files aren’t showing up. They are for Financial Type Prelim 1 Budget, which is a new Financial Type, but was tested and should be working. Please check that those eight files processed and data is loading properly. Files names are below
