Issue Summary: Mission Hill LBA datafiles loaded and processed, but missing records
Description:

I see the below two datafiles processed, but many records are missing. There were some new accounts that needed to be mapped, which I just completed. I submitted a request to updated the LBA connectoed, please confirm those two datafiles are loaded and all accounts/records showing up.
