Description:

See attached for reference (yellow highlighted sections). The POR, PAR, % of REV and PGR measures without any built in financial type reference aren’t working with Prelim 1 Budget. The Prelim 1 Budget PGR measure (prefiltered for Prelim 1 Budget financial type) isn’t working.
