Issue Summary: Starwood Davidson profitsword datafiles processed, but some records missing

Looks like there are a few accounts where the data from the 2022-10 datafiles isn’t showing up even though the accounts are in the acccounts table. I think it’s a department mismatch issues. Please run the process to correct that. Same datafiles that were mentioned in ticket CAS-388251-Q2D7W2
