Issue Summary: Getting Error notification and multiple/duplicate files from Output Process Log
Description:
I requested a file yesterday and got an email; “HBIS Output Processing Error” but then still received the file, but I received 9 emails, each with two versions of the file. They all appear to be duplicates, but can’t say for sure. Please see what is going on here. Paul noticed this happening earlier yesterday too for another file I requested, so he might have some thoughts on it.
