Issue Summary: Flynn Highgate datafiles only processing some of the records
Description:
Datafiles with source ID, 9550, 9551, 9552, and 9553 only processed 20,000 – 30,000 records on each file, when it should be 200,000 – 300,000 records per file. Looks like it is the January records that processed successfully for the most part, but the other months are missing. Please review and reprocess. Probably best to do this once ticket CAS-388448-B9N8V1 is complete (remapping the accounts/departments)
