Issue Summary: Highgate Accounts/Records
Description:

I’ve attached a list of the accounts/records that aren’t showing up from the Flynn Highgate datafiles; source IDs 9674, 9673, 9672, and 9668. Some of the accounts are in the account table for the specified operating units, but aren’t showing up, so I’m guessing department mismatch. Others are in the account table, but not for the specified operating unit. Please review and reprocess the datafiles so all accounts/records show up properly.
