Issue Summary: Hersha Datafile 2022-12 FF&E Account has incorrect amounts
Description:
Account ZZ9999000 – FF&E Contribution Expense, which is populated/created as 4% of the sum of all records for which account class = Revenue from that datafile is showing up with the wrong values on the most recent datafiles: 9804, 9802, and 9801. It should be 4% of revenue. Other version periods are fine, seems like just this most recent one.
