Issue Summary: SH Group Datafiles processing and Validation issues
Description:
Looks like some of the SH Group datafiles are processing but not showing up in the validation status log. Starwood 1BB-5004 SH Group PL Actual 2022-12 and Starwood 1BB-5004 SH Group PL Budget 2023-ALL; I see the data for those in the outputs, but I don’t see them in the validation status log. Might be an issue that I am seeing SH Group (which is an operator and a connector) referred to as SHG and SH Group in different places. Not sure if that matters or not.
