Issue Summary: Sunstone BPP Highgate 2023-01 datafile processed, but some account-department updates required
Description:

Datafile 10442 is still processing, but I can see there are some new accounts in the account table; I’ve mapped them, but some require changing the department. They are listed below, I’ve updated the account table CoA department and set to dept verify 20. Please reprocess the datafile so the correct department is applied to the data.

432010-2044 – move to dept HGHB2044B
432020-2044 – move to dept HGHB2044B
432110-2044 – move to dept HGHB2044B
432120-2044 – move to dept HGHB2044B
