Issue Summary: Add column for Operator to Department Table
Description:
Can we add a column to the department table that allows me to sort and filter the departments by operator? Even if it’s just a text field and not tied to the actual operator the way the Operator column is on the Account table/Master Account table, it would be useful for sorting and assigning hotels to departments. Departments are Operator specific, so hopefully that makes that easier.
