Issue Summary: New Client ready to load STR data
Description:

New client, Stockdale, has started receiving STR Data. It’s in the same format as the Flynn Datafile. I have added file to the STR folder on the portal, but wasn’t sure if I needed to add a new file type name or anything like that. File name for the daily file is stockdale6wk_20230430. Please add new file type name if needed and process.
